In the absence of an investigator the old fashioned way is to randomly accuse and see who slips up. I'd say this is what AFS is trying to do, be proactive and force people to either defend or die.

Beats sitting around refreshing for no new posts because everyone is sitting on their hands waiting for concrete evidence.
