borland was on unquestionable truth, their drummer wasnt cause he was in rehab for drugsYes that and The Unquestionable I believe are the only non Wes Borland albums.

But I still enjoy listening to significant other and chocolate starfish
Limp bizkit are good when they stick to what they are good at, I have only listened to the title track thus far and its what they are good at, I dont think it is that bad albeit I havent listened to the album as yet.
Discussing Limp Bizkit seriously? Really?
I liked them, like most others my age, for a few months around 2000-2001 where they are the most rebellious band in the world cos they frequently said f**k but geez, listening to them again they are woeful
I liked LB growing up and still dont mind their older stuff, $3 bill, S.O, RMV and Choco Starfish. But cold cobra is the worst they have dished out, IMO their is wayyyy too much rapcore going on.. Atleast the earlier albums still had a bit of loudness to them, this is just like a hip hop record. Perhaps I am just old, maybe if this album was released in 2000 and starfish was released today I would think starfish is terrible and gold cobra was awesome..

nope thats the first thing i thought to when i heard there new album, way to much rapping
also the cd really lacks a decent chorus
Tell you what though, listening to Re-arranged after a break up is very helpful lol.
Well, yes. Yes they are. Having listened extensively to both I can make that judgement, have you listened to both?Yeah - I mean Frenzal Rhomb are so much better...:sarcasm:

Yeah Boiler is fantastic, actually very emotive.Boiler from Chocolate Starfish was my fave break up song when I was an angsty 19 y.o
I have. And I hate punk music. It is awful. And yet I would still listen to LB over punk.
But my point was mainly asking why you were so incredulous that people were discussing LB's contributions to music in a serious context - talented or not, they have achieved far more for music on a global scale than Frenzal Rhomb ever has and ever will. Whether they are brilliant or shit is irrelevant, really - they were massive in the late '90's, and that's what drove people to buy this new album.
