Ryan couchman is too vital to the middle rotation IMO. Should be Toby, Ryan, Loko and Sele or Kerr all sharing minutes. We have the forgotten man who is the most suited to back row out of the lot in Nick T
A real shame Nick got injured, he provides great effort and energy. Back round 10 I think.
Him, Halangahu and Egan could be the future of our back row for many years

There's no coming back from all the wrongs he has done , now he is spinning another lot of Bull Crap ........ If that's how he felt he should have pulled the young bloke aside and explained why he was not getting a run ........ Again did the same to Illias , never came back with any feedback after dropping him ......... This bloke will end up being the worst coach in history ..........

It makes sense we know some of the youngsters are getting eased into NRL but unfortunately it sounds like poor communication. Coaching staff should be making it clear.

Agreed. If they had communicated the plan to put the mind at ease, this would most likely have been a non-issue. The lack of communication had been telling. Not just now but dating back to hook/mary days. I’m sure McInnes’ desire to play lock with someone who listens and communicates well could have resulted in both Robson and McInnes staying

Can ANYBODY please explain how Lawrie keeps getting picked. WTF. He is fxcking useless. He just keeps fxcking appearing. Sele, LPT, keep missing out so Lawrie can play. Is it Flanno or are the board insisting that Lawrie plays. It has got me fxcked.
Pretty sure it's the coach you defend every week who picks the team sheet every week, Dumbo 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Hope it feels good being wrong and still here playing dumb, please show yourself out of this forum at your earliest opportunity.

To be fair to Flanno, his predecessors all picked Lawrie too. I once asked the very question you have and someone said to me that the coaches love him because he always lands on his front which provides forward momentum in the ruck. Personally I dont buy this and all I see is a slow, flat footed, minimum impact player. But theres an explanation, take what you want from it.....

He gets turtled more than any other forward in the game.

I’m no Lawrie fan but he ran 53 meters in 8 runs. Guler and Kerr 63 together in 8 runs. So why are our props other than Toby (134) so useless? Guler and Holmes both need to be pissed off.

I've said it for years. Lawrie as a player represents EVERYTHING that has sucked a$$ about the Dragons for as long as he has been on the roster. A painfully bog average player who wouldn't make any other NRL top 17 but somehow still finds his name in our top 17 every week. The poor guy is trying I suppose but he literally makes me furious every time I see his slow plodding body lurch itself ponderously into the opposition's defense every week.
Had to laugh (rather than cry) last week when Flanno said we were going to combat Manly's speed with our "power game". He probably had Blake in mind when he spruiked that nonsense.

Guler and Lawrie have always been rubbish… Kerr was actually decent last year, his decline has been rapid.
I am nervous with Kaeon… I wonder if he was staying at rabbits they would be resting that knee.. although he still did 170 metres on 1 leg.

KK on 5 years chewing up 10% of the cap on one player, we will be lucky if we get 1 good year out of him.
