Our crowds were par in 2011 and even better than the snotty nosed little peasant siblings from down the road who claim near 20,000 members.

tbh Warrington would struggle in NSW cup. Newtown would be too good.

nice story.

Stick to LOLs at Souffs and dream of 2013. No one even cares enough about your team to LOL at them in 2012.

Man, don't even try with Wireman. He's deluded when it comes to how things work. He doesnt seem to realise that teams these days try to peak near the end of the season 'cos that's when it matters. Wire are better than Leeds yet they couldn't beat them at home when it mattered

Inglis backed to take Souths to finals

Indigenous All Stars coach Laurie Daley is backing Greg Inglis to fire South Sydney to their first NRL finals appearance in five years.

Daley has seen Inglis at close quarters this week on the Gold Coast as he prepares his side for Saturday's clash with the NRL All Stars at Skilled Park.

And the former NSW skipper believes the 25-year-old's in prime condition to lead the Rabbitohs to only their second top-eight spot in more than 20 years.

Inglis will make his first appearance in the showpiece fixture, now in its third year, having missed the previous two editions due to injury.

The Queensland and Australia superstar will also head into the new NRL campaign pain-free for the first time in five years and Daley warns rival clubs to be prepared for a huge season from the Rabbitohs under new coach Michael Maguire.

"(Former Bronco) Gorden Tallis told me that he'd never seen GI look in better shape than he does now," Daley told AAP.

"He played in the Four Nations for Australia and has come straight back into training and you can really see the difference, he looks great."

Inglis struggled to find his form in the first half of last season and endured a nightmare against Jamal Idris in Souths' round two defeat by Canterbury.

Not that I usually spend time looking at topless men but I did study Inglis without his jersey on last night and there really was no excess fat on him whatsoever. The love handles, the gut, the chest, all very slim and toned.
:? Is Daley really BunniesMan?

Our friend Ronald really seems to believe that new Coach (Rabbit whisperer) Maguire is so good he can get the Bunnies all the way to to the finals without an established halfback... He can get John Sutton to see that one good game a month isn't enough....He can get Isaac Luke to see that passing the ball sometimes can be useful,... He can convince Nathan Merrit that falling at the oppositions feet when running the ball back isn't helpful.. Eat your heart out Wayne Bennett!.In the new world order you don't need the right players, you just need right coach!! How did we all miss it for so long?....

So Leeds are a better side than Warrington then?

Not exactly TT. The team he follows is one of the top teams in England

Mate, there are more similarities that you realise. Warrington were a very average English side until a few years back when they got a new millionaire owner who pumped the $$$ into the club. For the last 4 years they have had the self proclaimed "best team in SL" at the start of the season and have still failed to reach a grand final, with last year being the closest they have ever got. :D
