We aren't going off prematurely! We are just happy that our destiny is back in our own hands. Unlike the Roosters, we don't have to rely on results going our way and this team beating that team. All we have to do is win the next two games. In fact if we only win one from two we are still a great chance of making the 8. Souths have put in all year and the result is that we are in control of our own destiny. The Roosters have put in for a grand total of about 6 rounds and the result is that they have to rely on others losing for them to get in.
Good teams are built on defense and ours is the 3rd best in the league this year. I am proud of the fact that we have gone from last to 3rd in 12 months. I am also proud of the fact that we pit 18 unanswered points on the best defensive team in the comp in the 2nd half last night. These things show that we have turned a corner and are on the up. The Roosters have probably turned a corner this year as well and I say good luck to them! I'm not going to sit here and death ride the good fortunes of another club. We aren't in the finals yet but we are certainly looking better than the Roosters now. If we win one more, you are gooonnee!
