A Rooster fan defended Ricko, citing the following:

Actually that's quite disgusting - clearly Fien is trying to stop the biff, and Ricko plants one right on the chin.

He should get a couple of weeks, but then again Finch should have gotten at least one week...

3. Fein punches Freddy - glancing blow on the jaw
4. Ricko blinsides Fein with a forearm to the jaw
5. woohoo!!! - all in brawl


Yes Fein started it....and Yes Ricko didn't connect all that well - if he had, he would have broken his jaw.

But Ricko was 3rd man into a fight and belted a bloke from behind/the side who wasn't looking.....2 reasons why any player in the NRL would have to face the music - most likely 2 weeks......BUT we are talking a Rooster here - anything could happen. :roll:

Ricko was defending Freddy - but he chose a bad way to do it.

But hey - 3 cheers for Shayne Hayne, who ran on the field (touch judge for the game) and reported that Jason Cayless threw the first punch....unfortunately Caylo was not within 15 metres of the whole thing Shayne :lol: ....one of your best

Yeah I did watch the gazme, and I did see Fien start it.

But that shove to the head was nothing - Freddy's been doing it for weeks and Freddy-s been getting away with other stuff too.

Fittler over-reacted to the shove to the head, as did Fien, but the reality is Ricketson had no business whacking him one. After all, Fien was biffing with Freddy, not Ricko.
