Unless they are granted immunity from relegation it would be crazy for anyone to accept it now it would be a poisoned chalice
Build a grade A club and you are immune from relegation. No more free rides for clubs like London who have had 20 years of Superleague funding and have nothing at all to show for it.

Any club coming in this late will be certain to get relegated

Toulose now have more points than Salford on the img criteria to get in next year and prepare properly

Nope. I can guarantee you Wakefield won’t be relegated end of 2025. Why? Because they’ve built themselves into a strong club off the field. I expect to see Toulouse, bradford and possibly York doing the same over next few years now everyone is very clear and what it takes to get into SL and stay there. After 20 years of SL funding London are still nowhere near being that, get their sht sorted out and earn the place in the grading system.

We’re talking about a club coming in now to replace Salford if they fall over for this years super league lol

Doubtful they’ll fall over, why do you think the RFL is doing everything to get them to the start line?

But let’s say they did, the next strongest club coming up (Toulouse) will likely score higher than salford anyway so will be in for 2026 as well presuming they’ve kept improving more than the likes of Bradford and York.

licensing has done away with having to build a winning team in yr 1 of being in SL.

Given they are certainties for next year coming in now would mean they would be favourites for relegation

Salford failing has been mentioned as a possibility

Salford should sell players they will run last and get relegated

Time in the champ will be good

Do you even understand how the grading system now works? Toulouse could be parachuted in if Salford falls over, finish bottom in 2025 with no wins and still be safe in 2026 if they have scored higher than salford, Bradford or york. Which with SL money, SL crowds and SL interest they are pretty much guaranteed of doing.

Why risk it this year with two weeks preparation when next year you have a whole off season

Imagine having to put together a super league squad now with no pre season together

No club is turning down 1 million quid and SL exposure lol you could rush a team together and still get a stronger grade at end of 2025 for 2026 than if you stayed in championship.
