I really like the Sharks forward pack. If they all last the season unscathed they might make up for their team's shortcomings elsewhere.

I liked the way the Sharks forward pack folded when the pressure was on. Nothing seems to have changed in that pack. If anything, it is a little weaker.

Good luck with that red-headed idiot.

Folded when the pressure was on, when was that exactly?

Also our only loss was Stosic, and he is replaced by Stapelton, who by most reports was the Panthers best forward last year. Add to that Ross is back from injury, and we are strengthened considerably.

Cheers for Thommo by the way, had a great season for us last year, and will probably have another one this year;-)

I see them improving slightly, the roster has improved a little, the coaching I think has improved....if anything I think Stuart will bring some consistency to the sharks

The Sharks got rid of alot of dead wood, they will do better than last year.
No sprouting off about winning a g/f, build from the ground up, buy some good players over the next 12-18 months, develop our junior talent... the Sharks will become a regular top 8 team again, soon.

Correct me if im wrong but i believe we are talking about season 07' not the past.

Anyway, Yes our forward pack is our strenght with our halves being terriable. Mid season i do expect Kimmorley to leave bringing in
6. Seymour
7. Dykes

Do expect to fringe on the 8 this year.

41 years implies that at the end of this season you'll see no successes :)

O and like you know anything. Succuss would be out doing last years result wouldnt it?
How do you rate success?
Is it improvement on last years result?
Is it making the final , what is success in your book?

Good on you for being a loyal supporter to your team. An improvement on last year and potential for further improvement the year following would be a successful year for Cronulla I'd say.

Yea mate its true, dont listen to that Thimmah guy he has no idea about rugby league.

Id tend to agree, build your success on a few good seasons will win your team a premiership.
I mean not many teams come from the bottom 4 to win the permiership the next season do they?

No that's right. Although some do the reverse.

Only one team is going to win the premiersip, so by Timmah's reckoning 15/16 (94%)of league followers are going to be disgruntled. If people are happy following their club whatever the expectations may be, I say good on them.

Penrith came from 4th last in 2002 to win the premiership in 2003 ;-)

Get your 1,6,7 & 9 on the field for pretty much the entire season and put together big winning streaks of 7 & 8 in a row, have several rookies/youngbloods go on to represent at the end of the year. It can happen!

Got any better material? Usually I laugh at jokes pointed at me but that didn't even break one on a funny scale of 1-10.

Surely you can do better. ;-)
