LU forums messing up on Firefox

Keep getting this seemingly random issue where LU forums won't load properly on Firefox. Seems to work fine on IE which I'm having to use atm.

Have tried the usual clear cache/check firefox for updates etc.

Any ideas?

Been happening to me today. Switching to IE? You are much braver than I.

Had the same issue maybe a dozen times the last few days using google chrome.

Reloading usually fixes it but obviously a bit if a issue somewhere?

Not much to go on here. Need to be more specific on what is actually happening, other than 'won't load properly'.

Are there any hints in the bottom left corner of your browser that show what it is trying to load? Perhaps a screen shot would help. When the page is loading in Firefox, it has a little progress report happening down there.

I use Firefox and have no issues.

Apey's screenshots show the issue pretty well I think - The header and advertising load up ok, but none of the actual forum does.

Common denominator looks to be that iinet ad. Can someone else please confirm they get that same ad at the top of the page when it happens to them?

Yeah mate, it seems to be the every time I get the iinet ad this happens. Took a good 10 or so attempts to post this as I've had to wait for a different ad.

Well not really, just a hint really. As Coby says the advert is the first place to look.

The key is often in the bottom left corner where it shows a description of what is trying to load ie the a file name or URL. My first suspicion is always do with the incoming file. It can be an advert hosted elsewhere and therefore it is a server issue at the advertiser end.

If that's the case, there'll be something in there that is affecting certain users but not others. The ad server will be generating an ad from a particular host based on the whoever the user is.

If the iinet ad is the culprit, then we give it the flick, simple... and tell the agency to sort out the provider issues.
