this time last year 99% of fans were telling us $1.2m was too much and 5 years was too long

now fans are telling us it’s a bad thing it might only be a 2 year deal

So he will be free to negotiate with other clubs come 1 November 2025. One assumes he won't have to decide to take up the first of the PO's ( 2027) until a certain round in 2026.
