Its funny how all the talk is about Luai but if Cleary doesn"t score that last try in the Grand Final then Mam is the Clive Churchill medalist. Surely for the amount of money (1.2 to 1.4 M) thats been talked about then even Mam would consider leaving Brisbane. Not on an open market, his stocks would have sky rocketed after scoring a hat-trick in a GF, i doubt we'd want him anyways when we have cheaper options in lauire and schneider
Nathan can show him the CC medal. The one engraved with an E, a z, and half an r.Mam would be nice. However, he has been at Brisbane since he was 13. I don't think he leaves.
Diane Laurie has X factor. He just needs some good coaching to sure up his defence and decision making in attack.
we have 15 months to bring him up to speed.

Ezra Mam is.
No one is any chance with the advantages the Broncos have. They should be top 4 every single year, the leg ups they have are crazy....only a total bum could fail with themCant see ezra leaving broncs.. dolphins would be the only team with a slight chance and theyd have to throw 1mill at him i reckon

Very interesting Story in the Herald last night quoting Matt Cameron.
He says the club is optimistic of keeping Luai and the club will increase their offer to a third year.
‘We’re optimistic’: Panthers prepared to up Luai offer to ward off Tigers
Jarome Luai will report for pre-season training on Friday, and Penrith chief Matt Cameron is keen to resume talks aimed at convincing the five-eighth to stay put.www.smh.com.au
I get the feeling things might be swinging back our way with Cameron's qoutes.
Perhaps Pascoe is stuffing things up
It would be funny if the Tigers missed out after looking like the deal was done. Nek Minit Pascoe steps in and the deal is down the shitter.
It would be pretty amusing. If he goes I'd prefer to see him at the Tigers, they are due a bit of a win.It wouldn’t definitely soften the blow should Luai opt for the Bulldogs. That would be one hilarious scenario!
If we do happen to sign Luai, we are going to lose a few younger players in the process. Tago, May, Turuva and Kenny all need upgrading. With the Luai money, it gives us the room to do that you would think.
So in my opinion I hope the Panthers stick to their guns and go with what he was offered. Last thing we need is to replace our best Centre in Tago after losing Critta.
Cleary proved he can play with anyone in the 6, so if it means Luai or the upgrades I am in the upgrade corner.
If that eventuates, that will be Ivan's fault. It would definitely soften the blow should Luai opt for the Bulldogs. That would be one hilarious scenario!
