Damn these lists are always hard to put together (and as per normal would change every day), I know there'll be a bunch that I highly rate but have totally forgotten about.
I'm heavily slanted towards comedy, because that's how I roll. There's so many highly rated dramas over the years that I'm sure are awesome, but just have never got around to watching!
Oh, and just to note, I am excluding wrestling shows (WWE/F & WCW) as they're probably not in the spirit of the list, even though they'd be up there!

I really can't see the justification for the Yank TV show wankfest.

A couple of posters have US shows exclusively. And I ask why?

Because most Australian TV sucks? There's a reason I haven't had a free to air signal hooked up to my TV in over 13 years.

I would have put Summer Heights High and Angry Boys on my list but I decided to keep it to my truly favourite shows.

But WWE is scripted entertainment.

If the Ultimate Fighter can be on someone's list I don't understand why RAW or Smackdown or whatever the hell shows WWE have these days wouldn't also be included.

Yeah, I had a bunch that I loved as a young'un that just couldn't make it, from animated stuff like MOTU, Animaniacs, X-Men & TMNT, to cheesy 80s/90s classics like Parker Lewis Can't Lose, Weird Science, Perfect Strangers & Misfits of Science, to the Henson puppetry stuff me & my brother were obsessed with as littlies like Fraggle Rock, Muppet Show & The Storyteller. Jeez, that's almost another 15 right there.

This sort of ranking thing just isn't fair :lol:

Well, all 'reality' TV is scripted. Besides, I'm not arguing that people shouldn't include it in their lists. I just opted not to.
