Yep, I see he is on a trial with them. Maybe not the best time to go
to Wigan but they will pick up.

It's a great opportunity for him and it always surprised me that the NZ Warriors didnt do anything with him.

Best of luck to him.

Cheers

Lmao

He can't play on Fridays and Saturdays because it's against he's religion. Can you imagine him playing the first half for Wigan on a Friday night then running off because the Sun is going down.

Unbelievable.

There are many players like this, where their religion precludes them from
playing on a particular day.

I'm not quite sure what your problem is with it.

I have no problems with people's beliefs or religion, but when other people are made to accomodate that person's belief, then that's an issue that should not be allowed to occur.

When Lusi was playing at the Bulls at Canterbury, how many games were played at 6.30pm on a Saturday just to accomodate him playing? Heaps.

What about the atheists, agnostics or christians that don't want to play on Sunday, so they can spend time with their family or attend church?

hi skinner, lusi is on his way back home after a farewell party for him at the club.the wigan game was a farce,he had no chance to shine because the pie eater fans never gave him a chance.he made one or two mistakes and even in that comp it's fatal so he was released after the game.he will be sorely missed at town,he was very popular among the fans and in his farewell speech in the ground he was given a very good send off from the fans.he intimated he might be back in towns colours, lets hope it's true as he will be sorely missed.khamal ghanley from nz has taken up the full back slot in place of lusi sione and is a good replacement, not as flambouyant as sione but a good player to fill the hole.one player who is a real miss for us town fans is jonny limmer now back at canterbury bulls,he was a stand out star for town and along with lusi scored over 50 tries between them last season so you can imagine he is hard to replace.best wishes to jonnys wife who is expecting their first child, and hopefully he will also return to cumbria the home where real rugby is played namely workington town.thanks skinner best wishes to all league fans in new zealand.
