We have got one & he played but got injured early last night which was a great shame.
Nightingale is one of my favourite players. You make it sound like he was bad. If we had a team of Nightingale's we would win another 11 years in a row.
Mind you, he would probably struggle to play both front rowers, but I'm sure he would give it a red hot go!
I could be mistaken but i believe Bennett put him in the middle on at least one occassion and he performed well
I remember that! As always, Gypsy just tried to do the role for the team that the coach asked him to do. Great player and a top bloke apparently.
I'll say it again, the last 2 games Max has played in FG he's actually played quite well. Very involved in defence and made decent enough metres.
If we think Feagai's defence is suspect don't think about Lobb playing. Plenty of talent, no doubt, but the coaches really need to work on his defence with him.
They both remind me of the Mata'utia brothers of similar speed and build that didn't really make it in the WWE>NRL for Newcastle and Saints, but have apparently done OK in the UK Super League.
I heard & read that Lobb will be with the Tigers in 2024 along with Sullivan.
Hey CD, if that ends up being the case, there is no way Flanno hasnt been involved for the past couple of months, Lots going can only see one coming, he has to have something up his sleeve surely, Oh well I'll keep saying everyday to myself, in Flanno we trust !!!
I was at a Red V function & Ryan Webb was talking about Flanno's work ethic. He stated & confirmed when I asked him later that Flanno has been at the Dragons on his days off at Manly since his appointment so I have no doubt he knows exactly what & who he wants. I just hope they come off when he makes the move. I am in total agreement with your last comment, like you my fingers, toes & everything else that is capable to be are crossed.
Oh no, another that goes AWOL in defence. Been watching too much of Rava and Feagai.
