It's a thread in the Sharks section that talks about how they are jealous of Madge compared to Morris. It talks about how lots of players put in a shit go and there's no punishment and how players are a protected species. It also mentions they are impressed Madge had the balls to drop Brooks and how they wish Morris would do the same

You don't always see a lot of progress but it is happening. Also when is the last time we had other teams and fans be jealous of us.

Fair point but I'd rather have Madge than Morris, at least some changes are being made for the better. We aren't finished by a long way but I doubt Ivan, Potter or Taylor have ever dropped Brooks and Benji.

I'd much rather have Madge than Morris as well, along with half of the other coaches running around at the moment. I don't think I've seen the halves held accountable since Potter benched Marshall in his first year. I'm glad he's holding them accountable and giving all the older halves a chance to prove themselves, although there's a cynical part of me that thinks Mbye doesn't have anything to worry about.

Robert Jennings and Matt eisenhouth have signed with Penrith. That’s a great start of getting rid of dead wood, now buy players that will in hence our team. In madge we trust.

The @stryker school of recruitment says jac isn’t coming because we are stuck in the vicious cycle of be-shittedness as we can only afford a couple of sub marquee and we lack glamour and panache. Also our only good game this year was v Brisbane. After that, smugness did not suit us too well. I can’t remember who said that game wrecked our season!!

I thought we had a night out v the smug and although we lost, we turned up for 65 minutes against a rugby league super power. And Bj did try to take Edwards head off. Beyond stupid but anyway that’s footy!

1How bad do we need a good fullback (Seriously think about it)
2 How bad do we need an injection of pace in our backline (and a ejection of slowness - Talau)
3 Latrell searched through our team for players that were more or less at his end of the scale for ability - there were none. Prob now Nofo and then in his eyes Benji (hey I’m just repeating what Latrell said)
We currently have 1 player in the backline where all of us I think can agree “he is proven With us in that position and we are happy with him” That’s Nofo We need a second then then a third then a fourth or it’s the same old same old
When Im looking at buying a car or something that costs a bit There’s always reasons to not get it .. I look at what I can afford and feel comfortable with and I buy the next step up. Why ? coz fk it .....I know I’ll love it And I never regret it
Instead of getting caught up in the little things in terms of recruitment maybe look at the bigger picture
