If the coach is told there is no money or cap or this is all we have whats he to do?

We be better off signing that reserve grade rooster that tore us apart for a third of the price
We should have identified players that stagnated and turfed them
A team needs to sign at least 4 first graders a year to weed out complacency

I remember reading after the 2014 season Madge was handed complete control, but as you say now we are retaining some players that should be let go and releasing players we need to keep, many supporters can see it but nothing seems to have changed.

This whole thing with Sths is slowly killing everyone & everything--the team,the players--& the coach!!

The first problem I would be solving is the coach, as he,supposedly,is responsible for how the team performs over the season.

We have been going badly for too long now so it's time to give Madge the flick!!

Best thing for Madge too--let him take his dour approach to the Titans & improve their lot--he will too;for a while!!

Players i feel dont want to come to us maybe its madges fault but we are not aggressive in buying if we have to pay overs to get the right players this secrecy is stiffling and yes shadow there are too many duds in our team. I shudder to think what will happen on friday especially with tyrell at prop as its his last game. Its bloody depressing the cap has gone up 2mill were is the money?
