Make your own Banners

Hi guys, since some of you are experts on making banners I was wondering if you wouldnt making one up for me. My one's getting old need something new, I wanna change it to having Michael Clarke and John Morris/ or maybe Nathan Hindmarsh if you cant fit both and also leaving the Angus pic in the banner, (or if you know a better pic of Angus).

Ive tried doing one myself, but it didnt work here. Looked crap anyway.
