Some of our fans had every single right to boo. Some of them preformances were the poorest I had ever seen and trhe players knew it. There was no burning jersey ceremony :lol: :lol: :lol: . You are beginning to sound like Hadley. There were a couple of fans wanted Smiths head and organised a petition and a rally but it never went ahead.

the real truth was! there was one bloke or the most two who was handing out literature before the game against your mob. Hadley hyped it up as if there was going to be an army of 10, 000! but when the simple fool found out there was nothing doing he didn't bother talking about it anymore. As for the St George game, that performance was worst I've seen under the circumstances for 30 years!!!..there many people who were visibly upset by the pathetic display 2 of those threw their jumpers the field in disgrace.

so!!! unlike some, we don't celebrate and take a loss like that very well and nor should we, you guys might appreciate a 70 point loss :lol: :lol: ..we wouldn't!!

That loss to Penrif was disgraceful. No heart, no pride, no talent, no nothing. However, I wasn't about to burn my jersey. I simply wrote a letter to the club to remind them that a performance like that was not what should be tolerated at Manly.


I seem to recall some similar margin when Manly played the eels in the late 80s and early 90s. ;-)
