Parramatta have 11 wooden spoons. More than any other nrl club. How embarrasing

So what's your point exactly?

As long as there is am ongoing competition, there will always be a wooden spooner.

And as so many of you non-Parramatta fans love to point out, past results mean nothing - thus wooden spoons we've won in the past mean nothing.

And BTW, when was the last time we won it? There you go.

the real truth was! there was one bloke or the most two who was handing out literature before the game against your mob. Hadley hyped it up as if there was going to be an army of 10, 000! but when the simple fool found out there was nothing doing he didn't bother talking about it anymore. As for the St George game, that performance was worst I've seen under the circumstances for 30 years!!!..there many people who were visibly upset by the pathetic display 2 of those threw their jumpers the field in disgrace.

so!!! unlike some, we don't celebrate and take a loss like that very well and nor should we, you guys might appreciate a 70 point loss :lol: :lol: ..we wouldn't!!

It was Adam Dykes.

In a nutshell some of our supporters weren't too happy with Adam's attitude after the infamous game against St George where they fielded a premier league side. and lapped us.

so a couple of people namely HJ, who wears his heart on his sleeve took it upon himself to sledge Adam Dykes a week later in Premier league at Leichhardt only to have Adam's family sitting nearby hearing the whole thing.

I think he decided right there and then maybe Parramatta ain't for me!! we can be an unforgiving mob at times.

just for the record, HJ did apologise to Dyke's family!!

Didn't he deserve it though? The only memorable thing he did in his time with us was to kick a field goal against the Rorters to put us into the 1997 Grand Final. I don't know if that was a good thing or not the way things turned out.
