My point is that you blokes have an each-way bet as Manly fans. If you go well, you boast. If you go bad, you say "weren't expected to go well".

You came up here as the Eagles but now you you don't want the Bears to succeed up here.

Hey doctor feelgood, I don't care if the Bears succeed or not...if they do go to the CC (which I doubt strongly) and succeed then well and good for the expansion of the game...who is arrogant or sulking, from what I've seen mainly Bears fans still trying to bring us down instead of focusing on building their club back up :roll:

Who says we don't want the Bears to succeed. Frankly I don't give a damn if they succeed or not. I am interested it what's happening with my club!

And as far as Manly fans having it each way that happens at every club. Where were all the Penrith supporters in 2001 & 2002, nowhere to be seen, but this year the crowds suddenly appear out of the woodwork because you mob starts winning games. So don't come in here and say that it's just the Manly fans who do it, all fans from each club do the same thing.

It seems to me that you don't like Manly, well that's you choice and that's fine by me.

I can't understand, that if you live on the CC, why you wouldn't want your own team, not Manly, not Norths and not a JV.

BTW The Bears fans should be upset but not with Manly but with their own management because if they didn't go into administration they would have an NRL licence and be playing on the CC.

I think there are more ppl than not on the CC that want a whole new entity in the NRL playing up there not the CC Bears.

One other thing, most Manly fans can cop criticism. We have always been one of the most hated teams in the NRL only because we were very successfull. But if I was to come into your forum and start a thread called "Penrith are crap!" you wouldn't say a thing? Yeah, right!
