BTW - Witt = another great move by Brian Smith and Parramatta.

sure was....considering we have a certain Tim Smith at the club ;-)

Yep, just like you have players to replace all the great players you let go each year.

Another masterstroke from one Brian Smith should see Witt tear you a new one when you play Manly. ;-)
Tonga, Ryan and Lyon are the only players with class that we regret leaving.
I would not class Pat Richards and Hodgson (the speed hump) and the likes who have left our club "Greats." Especially the ones that went to Manly. They are all rejects.

The only thing that Witt will tear apart this year and every other year is a FART.

Hodgson certainly proved your comments wrong last season didn't he?

Reject?

I'd say you are simply putting on a brave face about a VERY touchy topic. ;-)

Touchy nahhhhhh not at all. The facts are that Hodgson is not a "Great player" as you claim. Great players are able to tackle e.g. Lockyear etc etc, just remember that OK. He has good attack but is very SOFT in defence. Im sure you have noticed this.

And come back and play blinders against Parra. :D

Hodgson is a good enough defender for his small size. The only thing I have noticed is the fact that he is absolutely belted every game, but just get's up and keeps going. Quite like the Energizer man. ;-)

Being able to get up after being smashed aint that incredible still doesnt say he's a good defender ok he puts his body on the line but majority of the time he doesnt stop the attacker

Hodgson should stick some Fragile stickers on his back, so people don't break him all the time. He has some skill but he is a liability in defence. You will find this out when your team finishes last this year ;-) ;-)

It is incredible - the guy is tiny.

His defence was fine last season. And he did have one of the best seasons of his career.

And for a so called fragile player, he wasn't too bad - after all he did play every single game last season.

:D

save your breathe. You cant argue with parra supporters. Hodgson is garbage, same as Tonga,Ryan, Shicofski,Drew,Ian hindmarsh,P.J.Marsh(sorry he's a great again) Witt/s, Jason cayless,Chad Robinson(nope, apparently he's an immortal now) Dykes....bit of a list

But Smith knows best..... He bought a hooker to compliment the other two, and a winger...... good thing the got an imbarassment of riches in the halves.

When is Tim Smith off contract then? :p

I'm sure he will be out of favour by the end of the season. Unless he is the Fitz/Brian love child? His surname is Smith....

 As if any Manly fans would have rated him if he never left Parramatta.

This time next year you'll be telling us Michael Vella is a great player after his first trial in a Manly jumper

He was MoM, give the kid credit.

Can't blame him for not playing well at Parra behind your soft forward pack and having dead weight like Wagon at five-eigth.
