These guys are brilliant.

They actually do commentate all of our cricket games. Kind of like the alternative comedy duo that used to commentate all of yours...what were they called?

Basically, we steal LU's match day thread comments and use 'em as our own...bwah ha ha ha.

Slightly off topic, but ever seen Forgotten Silver by Peter Jackson. I saw it 20 years ago but don't have a copy now. Absolutely f**king brilliant. And another - What We Do In The Shadows - bloody rib tickling genius.

Finch out, with Head off to play for the Strikers we are most likely one batsman short for game 1.


I reckon go with this side and this batting order, lots of power in the top 6, but batting can fade away quick after that, a long tail.

So? What is it, a two hour flight? Surely they can get him on a plane after tonight if they really feel they need him...

It's probably moot given they released him so they clearly felt they didn't, but I see no reason he couldn't be called into the squad. It's not like he's playing a four day match and might bat for two days

They could, he said is flying out tomorrow morning to be with the squad and not sure if he is gonna play, but also said he would really like to play in the bbl final

The GOAT used to play white ball cricket but got banished pretty quick, it doesn't seem to suit him. He has done OK for the blues a few times but cant make the jump to international cricket.
