So we have had clouds over Brooks, Api and Joffa most of the preseason and now Bateman as well?
I hope only fit players take the field on Sunday.

My understanding is that both Api and Joffa are fine. Sitting out the trials was only precautionary - Joffa mentioned in an interview he was a bit annoyed because he reckons he could have played. Bateman sitting out is also precautionary because he hasn't had the full compliment of sports scientists/physio's etc. I think they want to just be 100% sure he is up to the required fitness for NRL before he takes the field.

Brooks on the other hand...not sure what is going on but I feel like he is in a perpetual injury cloud. Hopefully I'm wrong and it's just precautionary.

Sheens said, last week I think, that they all could have played the trial, but that is wasn’t worth it. Or words to that effect.

A strong team named.

We love to lose to the Titans at a packed Leichhardt Oval on a Sunday arvo though historically. Please let this be different.

Bring it on, let’s see what we got.

We have Kepaoa in the 17 and Brando Wakeman in the 21, wonder if that has anything to do with Brooks not being 100% or maybe the The Sheenius is back?

Sheens 250th game as coach for WT’s, a f**king mile stone game, we don’t have great success with these ones.

Won’t shock me if we see Say Fart come in for Kepoa….although then again it is Sheens so a 2 forward bench would be expected. Look for one of our forwards to fail an HIA in the opening half an hour.

Sheens would generally carry a back on the bench. In all honesty its not as bad as many make out. Most forwards can play 60-70 mins pretty easily. When you have 4 forwards on the bench you often get the situation we had last year where Austin Dias was playing 3 minutes every game, theres only so many minutes to go around.

Carrying a hooker and a centre is a bit ridiculous. If a prop fails an HIA in the first 20 then we’ve essentially got 1 middle forward on the bench and we are relying on a couple of young props to play big minutes.

absolutely, but then you can also say if you get a HIA to your winger in the first 20 then your entire team gets shafted and you probably end up with Blore playing centre for most of the game.

Kepaoa’s a back up lock..I’m pretty sure that’s his second position.
