Great win tonight.
First time I’ve seen both our halves play consistently well for the full 80 in a long while.
Broncs only had 30 missed tackles...we took our chances and made them pay. It looked like they missed 60.
Good hole running, sharp skills in the rain. Dedicated defence.

That was a good win after the shit they have served up recently. Congrats to all.

You can talk about halves flashy fullbacks and whatever but the main difference is we have a f**king tough forward pack lead by Aloiai.

What a beast ran for 190 with 90 post contact metres and 20 tackles. This guy has been so tough for us and has given us the mongrel we have been looking for. He is my tigers MVP this year.

Look at Aloias reaction there in the last two minutes when Broncos dropped ball. 48-0 and he is absolutely pumped. Things are looking up
Yes it was a positive, Packer at the end of the game as well, they looked like they were a team who wanted to be there and do it for each other. Typically, the games against the bottom teams are the games that the Tigers Never seem to win and if they do, it’s not by that margin and keep the opposition scoreless.

Good effort from Luciano & great to see Packer play with some venom and discipline. Harry Grant continues to impress. Chris Lawrence also played really well. Hard to fault anyone, but I thought that Doueihi and Mbye had average games, compared to Nofo who really put in. Have to give credit to Madge for team selection & preparation.

Congratulations to your boys tonight Tigers fans! Despite how the Broncos are going at the moment, you can only play what is in front of you, and your mob did it in spades tonight.

Benji turned back the clock tonight, Billy Walters was impressive, and Harry Grant was back to his good form once again. Luciano did well. It is sometimes hard to believe that he is Joey's brother!

Madge seems to be gradually instilling a great attitude and mental toughness at your club. The benefits are starting to be seen first hand. I am sure he would have been as privately delighted sticking it to Seibold as he was proud of the performance of his team. It was a good press conference by him I thought. It always helps when you win, to be fair though.

Anyway, well done, back in the eight now. Tough test next week against Parra. That will be a good gauge.

Our forwards smashed them into the next round.

I was waiting for the one or two tries to be scored against us in the last ten, you could almost sniff the putrid odour of the 70 minute game wafting over from the south.

Madge got almost every player up by 10%, the collective game.

Even bloody Packer had a night out. Hasn’t had a proper game since time immemorial.

Was stuck watching 9, they didn't give Tigers any credit all night. Not even for Luciano, what a beast.

Lucy toyed with them all night.

When we get tough and channel the energy, we look ok.

If Madge can keep these hearts pumping, even the eels are in for a shock.

They are so proud of themselves. Time to lay the cat on his lying scumbag arse. Break his leg on purpose.

Brooks has had 4 coaches now he he has always been just your average halfback that plays in a team that always misses the finals but isn't ever the worst halfback
He was tonight ..Brookes coming on was like the before and after pictures..

That’s about right.

But a spell seems to added value to the Benj.

Madge is most definitely a “whole of squad”coach, trying to get the balance right between ability and effort.

A spell for Brooks ( who I think is semi-elite on his day) could really bring him on in 2 or 3 games time.

So long as he’s fit and not suspended, he can be tuned.

Probably for Madge, the big selection dangers are injury and suspension. He can move the chess pieces around with a solid squad. Things he can control.

bj would have wreaked absolute havoc out there tonight. We would have hit the 50 easy, probably 60.

Grant got an early mark to avoid unnecessary injury. A bit of a thank you for his efforts this year and some insurance for next week. It was a nice touch but a strategic move.

The game was over and poor Oatesy breaks his leg and is gone for the season and/or may never play again.

The really pleasing aspect was an across the board lift in performance from almost all players. And Madge has been saying all year he wants the incline each game. So next week, it’s about the best challenge we are going to get to see if we can hang on to the form.

So in Madge’s eyes this is a massive test of his planning and ambition. There’s a lot at stake next week. He may not even expect to win, but he desperately wants a show.

Broncos were never in that from the moment they pulled their jerseys on...I've never seen a more disinterested team run onto a football field. Even after losing as a team 48-0 there's three of them sitting side by side doodling on their phones. ..a year and a half in that's on Seibold 100%....the same year and a half in, the starch in.our club is also on Madge 100%....polar opposite transformations...we'll get better ...the Broncs will get worse before they see daylight again under seibold

Seibs looked totally stumped at the press conference. They are ruthless up there.

Some teams and coaches just don’t gel. He just can’t get through to them. He’s trying his best. He did a lot to get his dream job up there.

I think we take a more sophisticated view of the footy.

Madge has been given some space and he knows that. We never expected miracles. Not with our ugly starless lot. Ninth is the bar.

So we enjoy good wins and take the losses like men should. Hopefully learn and get better. But we don’t have endless patience either!

Seibs is a good coach, at the wrong club, at the wrong time for the wrong reasons.

If Madge was coaching the broncs, most of their players tonight wouldn’t get a game next week. He’d shoot them on sight.
