There has to be pressure on O'Brien at this point. It's not the results that are the problem - it's the way they are happening. This team is a flat out rabble - and it's not just the talent of the players involved. Plenty of teams show every year you can play ok football with a bunch of ordinary blokes if they're well coached and invested. This team is neither of those things.

Exactly. I said this weeks ago, it’s not the loss it’s the performance that is most concerning. We have been very, very poor in far too many games. We don’t look like a first grade team.

If someone tells AOB his job is on the line I wonder what and if he changes his approach, because now he has to realise whatever he is doing is not working and there needs to be some sort of shakeup to our approach at training and developing as a team and a club.

Even when we were shit in the wooden spoon years I don't remember actually playing this bad, we were just god awful at defense and couldn't win the forward or ruck battle, but I dont think fundamentally we were this bad?

There are game plans and there is just plain ignorance. I don’t think you have to be a very analytical person to work out O’Brien is borderline arrogant about his ways. Might be good at breaking certain aspects of the game down but is totally unable to develop players. At least that is what is evident at present.
