This new format we have (still getting used to it) lets us have a look at other sites, this is not something I do very often, but I went into the Panthers site after the win, they were in melt down, prior to the game they were bleating "they would kick us off the park" after the game it was "we had 8 players missing"? Though I am sure they had 17 on the park? The interesting comment to me was a call to cut Kikau from there squad?

It looks to me, they won't have a chance to win it, without young Cleary playing.

RM-152 top
Runs-18 top

2-Liddle

That try (this help his RM's)?

1- everyone else, as its hard to single anyone else out? Though Brooks played his best game as well, imo.

I couldn’t give a shit if they were undermanned

all week it was about how good Penrith’s depth was and we schooled them. Half of their forward pack that played last night (Fisher Harris, Kikau and Leinu) are still premier forwards in their own right and we made them look silly.

And the only try we conceded was because our players panicked about Mbyes injury, a tough but dominant performance

yeah, as some have said . . . Penrith were missing their 7 top players. The other one can't cry, he was suspended.
The thing is, we don't have those 7 top players. Never have. The 'riff have them every week except these few.
There were only 2 names you didn't know in that penrith run-on side.
They were depleted down to our level, and we beat them well, with a more or less equal talent team.
Ginnane and the morons on Fox called 75% of the game as if Penrith were leading 26-0. One day I'm gonna shoot the TV. Elvis was on to something . . .

Also Ivan is meant to be a master coach but it didn't seem that way last night. Watching the post game interview he seemed particularly salty.
He’s a competitive bloke and disappointed that he lost.

Once the boys ran across and unceremoniously bundled try-bound young mate into touch, I knew we’d brought the requisite attitude.

Given the d efforts and positional play, I thought Madge knew more about Ivans game plan than ivan did. They were easily out-coached.

It would have been a catastrophic failure to lose that one and an embarrassment. Maybe that was a subliminal motivation.

Panthers should win the gf comfortably, their youngsters will get a lot out of that loss.

If we turned up with that attitude every week...
