Teams have been going easy on us. Cruise control. Not even trying.

Manly loves running up the score on bad teams, stunting on fools.

They'll beat us at least 42-6 (with a customary junk time try from us, of course).

I'm at the point where I want it to be worse. 60+ to 0. Every game where they damage control their way to a 4-20 loss gives plausible deniability as to how bad things are. The club bosses won't get it until they see complete disintegration.

That 42-6 was the pits. Poor Tom Cant copped an absolute bath playing in the centres.

Manly are very up and down though. They have as many off games as on and are often inconsistent within games. They were very good last week but the Broncos probably played worse than we did.
They’ll beat us but won’t put on a cricket score.

Lightest bench ever? A hooker and three backrowers.... backing up probably the smallest pack in the comp by some measure.

We are going to get steamrolled up the guts.

Very small and mobile pack. I look forward to more one-out hit ups, with no attempt to take advantage of the one thing our forwards have going for them. Tom Cant trying to steamroll 120kg Tof Sipley. Can't wait. "Change of angle"? What's that. Sounds made up. UP THE GUTS! UP THE GUTS!

Small yes. Mobile? Being generous there.

Might be the worst team I have seen us put out in at least a decade. Losing this one isn't going to be an issue. It's when we score 2 points 3-4 games in a row with all out best players playing that's an issue.

Hopefully the boys make a good account of themselves and Cogger doesn't ruin everything.

Plenty of worse recent teams on paper than this one, the most obvious being the Brown years. The names on the paper aren't as much of an issue as the way they play.
