Disappointing just stupid stuff costs us games that’s two weeks in a row

I thought we were great in so far as we can match them. I expected that as well.

I think we were terrible in that we simply don't execute well enough consistently throughout the game to win games.

Luai is an awesome player. He is also making some dumb mistakes regularly. Api is in the same boat.

We are so close to being a top team and it's not a recruitment issue.

All Fainu boys were great but Latu is another one that has a mistake in his game. These 3 are though real goers.

Would've, could've, should've but didn't.
A good game, but without the 2 pts it's meaningless.
Bar a few silly penalties, I thought Jerome had a good game.

Luais 1st half was his best this year … 2nd half not so much although he made some cracking tackles

we need to do better than Doueihi in the centres also

I think Marshall wanted to reward Mason for his game last week, but moving forward I agree we need to play Latu there

AD has to go, to slow to offer anything in attack.
Can't fault the effort from the team just the execution today.
Mason imo is already a better player than Galvin, his defence is strong and attack direct, if Latu comes in at half Mason could handle centre and he would offer more than AD.

But we need a GK, I know Api can kick, but he already has a lot on his plate. I don't know who else can kick?

I’d like to know how Luai is supposed to see who he should pass the ball to, when he’s jumping around like he’s got a cattle prod up his arse.. 10-10 and he does a pretty blatant interference by their tryline… then the tackle which regardless of if it’s legal was dumb! No one else would have gone ahead with that tackle. He’s not THE guy. Just coz he’s got cart blanch in the sheds that doesn’t transfer to the field. Again I think the “thug” in Luai needs to be put to bed..That’s 2 consecutive games he’s contributed massively to the loss coz he thinks he can get away with shit. Birds the same to a lesser degree.

Mason ain’t a centre stats say he missed 9 tackles today, which I find hard to believe having watched the game, I thought that right side defence was badly let down by Toa ( who stats say missed no tackles) but got caught flying in on numerous occasions (two tries as a result) and the initial break for the first try where Mason missed the tackle on Toas man while Toa hung outside the play was terrible, Toa should’ve had him and Mason wouldn’t have been making a desperate diving attempt.

Turuva’s defence and efforts under a couple of high balls we’re suspect tonight, but he has a crack carting the ball up in the middle, I thought tonight was his worst game so far for us defensively.

That play where Douehi put the grubber in was abominable we should have scored

Fainu is overweight and won’t handle high minutes.

I thought we were the better team tonight for the majority of the game but we just did too much work in the first 20 mins of the second half when they had about 60% of the ball.

Mason has been kicking goals from all over the field since he was 12, but I don’t think he will stay in the top squad
