We’ve got no hope of winning this one.Unlike Souths who we were able to bring down to our level of mediocrity the rorters managed by the meticulous Cronk will ensure we r put to the sword.

Chooks will win and probably well on the back of their class players, but the bank west surface will bring us closer and the weather forecast is for rain...so don’t rule out a upset.
No Teddy will also bring them back a peg.
We are a chance, but only a slim one

These are the best lighters of all club brands. They fire up the best and easily last the longest.

I will be at the game, giving it hard to the Bondi bootlicking filth.

Probably on my own but I wouldn’t be against Packer playing. As much as he is a softcock with ball in hand he is a good defender/wrestler. With JWH back and Matulino out the Roosters pack will likely man handle us. I’d play him and tell him it’s his last chance to perform or he’s playing nsw Cup for the rest of the year.

The hard core approach doesn’t work with him. I suggest a team cuddle at the start and long personal embraces. Then he might realise that he has an emotional responsibility to the group. Being unable to express that personally, he might display it by way of performance.

I just need Alo in the squad and playing at his premium best.

Whence he is fully engaged, he can decimate entire packs.

It’s the kind of game where we need to inflict as much hate and lawful rugby league violence upon them as is humanly possible.

I figure that If we smash or shut down their forwards, we will frighten off their glittering backline.

We must sort out these blokes out physically.

We can’t win on merit alone, so we need to hurt them and hope we can jag the miracle aka ck

Plenty of tactical penalties and slow walk backs to our line to get in their way.

Players are scared of Packer, so he must play. What the hell, make him captain.

Can’t believe I’m gonna say this, but the roosters forward pack doesn’t impress me too much. Apparently rain forecasted also, which will make it closer. Honestly, can see either side winning by <10. Here’s hoping it’s us!

Agree, I haven't really followed him in the reserves, but does he deserve the call up? Has he been carrying injuries?

No clue why Clark gets the boot

A bench of Packer (If he actually has a go), Mikaele, Chee Kam and Liddle would be pretty handy in this one imo

I like our team. The rorters look good as well though. Aloiai, Twal and the Huth in the middle with Mikaele on the bench is a good set of young middle forwards. I don't know if Packer is fit or not but I'd like for him to be playing better than ET so he gets a spot but ET is pretty good.

Same, taukeiaho is a big out aubusson/butcher on the edges arent going to worry anyone. JWH always makes us his bitch though. I havent seen much of the bench players but knowing the roosters theyre probably all guns. Id like to see Packer in for taylor.

Sadly their backline shits on ours from a great height, even without Teddy

Minus JWH and perhaps Liu, we have them quite well covered. Agreed re the backs, although that’s where the wet weather and Bankwest night surface will hopefully nullify their potential. SST out though is a huge plus for us, hopefully Keary and JWH are underworked and don’t have blinding returns (although knowing tigers, they will haha)
