I'm not worried about their forward pack, if the boys fire up I reckon we can go round for round with them.

Nofa, Marsters, Benji, defending against Tupou, Latrell and Keary.....very very worrisome

Matterson is going to have to target Keary and really shit him up if we are any chance at containing these 3.

The giraffe on the wing for the Chooks usually has a day out against our dwarfs. Really Chooks backline is three times better than ours even without Teddy.

Hopefully it will be a contest

If they have any brains they should be putting the kicks along the ground to the giraffe in attack, especially in wet weather as as he isnt that brilliant picking them up around his feet.

This is true and it's kinda sad, the only form of niggle I've seen this year was Aloiai on Burgess in the first Souffs game, of course it backfired on us and Souffs got the penalty

We should have a niggling and dark arts coach.

That would give grub players a career path following retirement.

There’s a rumour that Luke Keary has some head damage and may be looking to retire early.

I hope he’s ok.

I suppose one can say that ur propensity to niggle should b related to ur ability as a footballer. Its pointless niggling if u can’t back urself with skills & aptitude when ur competing. This is probably y we have a scarcity of nigglers.

Does anyone in our team know how to niggle? Minus Reynolds and maybe Robbie. Otherwise we seem like a group of nice blokes
Verbal Niggle is prob what you included..Like Mick Innes ..In your face stuff. You couldn’t get penalties against for that. Hard to find someone like that whose got a big mouth.

I was copying his Viking clap against Canberra, taunting their public servant fans, but it was a bad idea.

If you don’t get humiliated or cop the odd abusive “stfu” on game day, you haven’t lived.

This weekends photos will feature a bit of game atmosphere instead of just players.

I didn’t know Keary and Cronk were playing Yes that’s a scary backline...It’s a worry.

Minus JWH and perhaps Liu, we have them quite well covered. Agreed re the backs, although that’s where the wet weather and Bankwest night surface will hopefully nullify their potential. SST out though is a huge plus for us, hopefully Keary and JWH are underworked and don’t have blinding returns (although knowing tigers, they will haha)
Hopefully they miss there 2 influential captains Cordner and Friend when the pressure goes on.

It was fun.

Little guys who can eliminated with big hits.

But no head hunting and we should look out for keary as he’s quite ill apparently.

Keary has probably been fine for a few weeks now. Just extra precaution taken cause he's had a few in the space of a short time

I doubt any player goes in with the mindset of going easy on a player though, if he is playing, he is deemed 100% fit
