Sheesh
Still a better side than 2016-17. Call me deluded but I think there is enough belief in this squad, with a big crowd behind them, to get the job done tonight.

Wouldn’t surprise me if Crossland come on mid way through the first half with Mann moving to the centres and Sione to lock forward.

I reckon Buhrer will be the man to take over at hooker when Levi needs a spell with Guerra going on to the edge.

I made this point on twitter and was called hysterical

How is that even hysterical? People have forgotten that we lost 5 matches in a row this year. Like, yeah in the past 2 months we have only lost against Melbourne - but that doesn't mean we can afford to drop many more games and keep in touch with the top teams.

The 'byes' distort our place on the ladder - we've won the same amount of games as Parramatta, and only one more than Penrith and the Tigers.

Lotsa mistakes creeping into this game. Trainers will need to keep a healthy supply of that spray stuff

if we lose more than 2 more games for the rest of the season we could be in trouble. Last year the cut off for the 8 was 30 points. We're currently on 18 points with only 8 rounds ( 16 points ) up for grabs

We have 10 games to go including tonight. If we win 5 we finish on 28 points, and there is only one bye each this season. With decent for and against that could be enough, but 30 points would definitely be enough.

Every game is important and we’re still in a precarious position, but it’s not quite as precarious as you’re implying there.

You’re talking too much sense for here . It’s obviously time to get the razors out if we lose to the majority here

We’re f**ked this game no doubt but I don’t necessarily agree that this game will cost us the season. At full strength, or hell, even with just one of Pearce, Klemmer or Ponga, we can play better than most of the teams sitting just below us so I think we’ll be able to pull enough off at the end of the year.

I mean it is a big game as a win would really cement our position. But suggesting there are only 8 games left to earn points is factually incorrect by two whole games. It’s even conceivable that we can make the finals by winning 4 from 10. My feeling is 28 points and good for and against is enough this season, so 5 more wins for us. 50% success rate. Tonight is hardly the tipping point.

That said, a win against the odds would be massive for our top 4 aspirations.

Already feels like I’ve seen enough to know that if we make less mistakes than them we can win. Problem is we are making the mistakes. Cut out these errors and we’re right in it.

Really poor from us. Just hold the ball for one set. Warriors don’t look like they’ve got much but eventually we will crack.
