Good ball by Pearce. And the irony is that Fitz would have easily scored if the ball went to him instead.

Because he dropped the ball? News flash, plenty of better players have dropped the ball coming out of their own end too. It happens

Hey, Tuala failed to lock up Lomax there - guess his contract should be ripped up too
Shibasaki makes a career out of errors at crucial turning points of game....newsflash genius fringe player at best

Probably needs to get the basics of defence right before trying one-on-one strips, but agree he looks like he has the wing spot long-term.
for a kid in his first handful of NRL games he shows great promise, few mistakes here and there but overall he looks like he belongs

Lino is holding his own so far. Some nice kicks and passes, good positional play and faultless goal kicking. If he keeps it up it's hard to go past him next week.

Fitzgibbon would be furious with that Guerra try. They have been trying that garbage telegraphed shortball from Pearce to him all year for no result. Ponga and Guerra do it once and it creates a try.

With one huge difference. Ponga has the footwork and the skill to draw in two defenders before making the key pass.
