I hate to level it at the blokes that aren't doing anything wrong per se... but we need something extra/inspirational from our leadership group to spark the duds. Pearce, Klemmer, Ponga... these blokes need to guide this pack of pea hearts home.
Not that they're doing anything wrong, but with what we pay them... it's not too much of a stretch to ask for something a bit special when required either. Yes, others are f**king things up... but we're paying them a pie and coke for the most part too.
A big part of being a mentally resilient team has to be some direction from the leaders. As it stands, we make one mistake and continuously compound it.
