I thought a few players were well below standard today.
Staines had a shocker.
Pole doesn't seem right.
To'a wasn't doing it.
Api had a bit of a mixed game.

On the good side.
TayMay had a real good debut for us.
Tito was everywhere.
Skelton is back.
Hope won't let us down.
AD continues to keep the critics (me) at bay.

We did miss, Bula and Sa Fainu.

It may have silenced Benjis critics for the moment, but the axeman still waits at the gates of the COE, studiously sharpening his tool.

Saved in 12 seconds of our worst game.

He launched into the phrase “ no excuses” accidentally during the presser.

He’d totally forgotten that we won, I understand.

Now a week of grand final-like celebrations from Richo and the pr team. On line morris-dancing for us deeply valued members.

Complete with Interviews with our gear stewards , ball boys and parking attendants.

Anyway, a win at LO against the worst team in the comp with a robust 12 seconds to spare is something to behold.

The season ain't over yet, we've already set a new win record for the last 5 years and we still have 7 rounds to go. Benji's safe.
We've had issues with injury and suspension in key areas, like other clubs, but we are still trying to gell the spine and a lot of this is making it difficult.
I stand by what I said earlier, we have the top 17 to compete, when they are all fit, we just don't have the depth, when they need to miss a game for what ever reason.

Anyway, onwards and upwards.

I admire your optimism.

I still want another coach and 3 or 4 new players.

AD does it again, clutch player he’s turned into. He’ll be the comps most prolific tackler soon. Dally M.

I just don't want the team to keep starting again every few years, I'm getting too f**king old to do that.
Obviously, Benji will just about have his team, next season, I think he will judged on that, very similar to Ciraldo at the dogs.

We kind of stumbled over and jagged it.

Two drunks running for the bus and our sleeve got caught in a mudflap.

But the table says it’s as good as winning by 70.

Poor Des cant take a trick. His side were worse than us. He should make them walk home.

Anyways..we will just have to grin and bear this unlikely and chance win.

A bit embarrassing even lol.

Luai needs to grabbed by the collar and shown his channel and not be allowed out of it. I’d be making him play from goal post - 10 metres out side of the goal post and telling him to only work in that area, only to run that channel for the rest of the season and watch our attack on that left side blossom. The bloke can pass and kick let the brain and ball do the work. It’s remedial but he needs to stop running our attack into a sideline, or running halfway across the field before realising he has stuffed up, stopping and turning around and destroying any chance at setting up an attack next play. I like Luai and rate him, he gives 100% but I think him trying too hard to make things happen is stifling our attack
Put AD in as captain. He could totally handle Luai ..prob the only one that could .. Benji knows that - Now ….See Benji didn’t look at Luai once at the presser, or even listen to him

Yeah, well spotted, the body language and comments, Luai’s snide remark about Benji delaying Taylan.

Benji is losing his power and influence over the cult of the panthera.

They are filing for divorce.

I missed that Ill check.. No he’s gaining power .. Luai’s been out of control for a while.. I like how Benjis stoney faced.. he used to praise up Luai always …I like Benji and his pressers. He handles the bad losses.. .. he just has to pull the trigger now on leadership.. Trust me Luai and Api have failed with an F each. They are not the option for next year.. Luai seemed quite happy about things didn’t he. Upbeat. Fidgety. He’s not the guy.
