Taylor isn’t spectacular but when he’s gone boy do you notice. He’s the only thing that tightened up our middle which would be opened up more than a you know what’s you know what if Eisenhuth played there.

Huth is best off the bench or as a solid bench option in my humble opinion

Just posting about the many posts absolutely giving it to Reynolds. I've used this as the one to reply to continue the conversation but there were quite a few similar posts...
I gotta say I don't get it! Am I alone here?

The guy came to the club and at the time there were many posts saying happy to have bought a big name player - Origin player - been to two GF's - always plays with 100% commitment - heart on his sleeve etc etc...

And now all of a sudden he's listed alongside Rochow and McQueen as a Dud! (in one of the other posts)

I get it - We haven't seen value for money as yet but surely it's down to injury and from memory he hasn't been an injury prone player throughout his career so I don't see why he can't come back from his injury problems of last year. Plenty have haven't they?

So is everyone who is calling for him to be shopped and shown the door doing so because they think he's lost all his ability? Or do they think he never had any in the first place? Or do they think he is now never going to recover from one bad injury year?

Interested!

Personally I think he's the kind of half we need beside Brooks to help Brooks gain the confidence and leadership abilities he needs to be a dominant half. The issue I see is with the size and contract length, but he's not alone there. Moses is also signed to big dollars for a long time. That's a cap space locked up for a long time in someone who isn't a specialist fullback, hooker or halfback.

What's worse is that these come on the heels of signings like McQueen and now there is talk of getting into a bidding war for Blayke Brailey. We need to sort out our cap management and I reckon we'll take longer than the Dogs, who are only really screwed for this year and next.

I’ve watched both reserve grade games last 2 weeks and grub has played well. Looked quite sharp with a few breaks but still lacks match fitness. He got absolutely ironed out by Jessie Sue after a kick and I’m surprised he didn’t injure his ribs.

Btw with all the concern re Liddle injuries I reckon we could do a lot worse than Braden Robson - he’s a tough bugger and can find the line. He’s more in the Robbie Mears style than Robbie Farah though
