Would like to see if Levi has 80 minutes in him. Mann has done a fine job coming off the bench but we don’t look quite as slick in attack for that period.

As long as he is safe, I’ll be happy. That is one thing that has let Watson down in the opening games.

I know this is a forced change due to injury but I find it difficult to see how we can carry Watson if he really isn't up to scratch at 5/8 or fullback.

the disallowed Sharks try was a worry. Watson didnt go for the ball, he didnt attempt a tackle as such , it was more like a half attempt at a shoulder charge that completely missed. It made me think he was scared of contact. The lack of urgency which led to the Panthers ( bat back ) try on the weekend left me a bit frustrated.

Only his second game after a long layoff though so hopefully he can get his shit togther soon.

In the past when we have asked him to do long stints he was in a team getting pumped each week and on the back foot in defence most of the game.

I'd like to see how Levi would go now also, given an 80 minute game, and with the team now able to get in to the arm wrestle with sets and not spend most of the game running up and back in defence.
