Why did the broncos wait until the last 10 minutes to start using the ball?

Shit coaching from Wayne.

That was a cracking win. Definitely feel like we were the better team throughout, with Brisbane only within cooee due to some suspect passing in the lead-up.

Nice win to steady the ship and get us back in the top eight.

We were the better team, but we could have been better. As Pearce just said, our defense and effort was much better tonight. I've been concerned with the effort in our game the past couple of weeks, so it was good to see tonight.

Thank f**k that's over.

Nearly blew it.

Congrats to the boys. Really hope they can build on that.

Brock Lamb looks to be slower than ever on his edge. Can't wait for Connor to be back.

Really liked seeing Levi play tonight. Will be interesting to see how Brown uses them from now.

Happy to get a win, especially against the broncs. Defence was muchly improved but attack was a bit disorganised on some occasions. Hopefully over the coming weeks we can get both on track in the same game.

That's the first time I've been genuinely happy with Dan Saifiti this year, too. It was fitting that he scored, because there was some aggression in his game tonight.

Dan took it personally tonight, which is what he needs to do every week. If one of our backs get hit, our forwards need to fire up.

Good win. Much improved across the park and we looked like a much more cohesive unit. Still a fair way to go though, I think we're still playing a gear or two below where we can/will be. Both areas of attack and defence was great to see. Thought SKD had a solid first half but really threw us off in the second with his two blunders which was a shame to see considering he has been good so far this year. Was nice to see Ross step up in the centres as well; aside from one or two breaks from Roberts, he was great and even better on chasing kicks.

Usual suspects were amazing. Ponga is a freak that gives me a chub every time he touches the ball, Pearce is the leader the club has needed for years, Griffin is incredible in the middle and Fitzgibbon had a blinder. I didn't worry about this result even when they pulled it to 5 points; their attitude these last two weeks stopping the Dragons and Roosters from scoring more points than what they probably deserved was encouraging despite those losses. I couldn't see Brisbane scoring again in the final minutes. A real testament to what the new, experienced players have brought to the team.

Think we'll have a real crack at Melbourne next week; keen to be there for it.

Ponga cannot be described.. What cant he do?????

SKD was worth the price of admission haha haha!!! At least he kept his chin up and came up with that big play at the end.

Great win and can't wait for next week

They were great.

Don’t let the closeness of the score line fool you, Broncos don’t score at all if it’s not for a couple of signature SKD errors and a few strange ref decisions.

Good to finally see a strong defensive performance, and even better against Wayne, Darius, Korbin and Bird. The first two in particular hurt this club badly.

Atmosphere at the game was really fun.

He and his brother really hate Korbin due to the way he left. Should just show them footage of him before every game lol
