Another prophet of doom, great. No point in watching any more games then.
It is too early to say what is going to happen, no one has ever won the comp after R6. I don't think we will win it, but get the consistency right and anything can happen.
You think we’re better than that you’re dreaming, Twal and Musgrove gone for extended period it gets worse. I’d love to be wrong but we don’t have the roster, we’ve got no real depth and we’re so hot and cold it’s not funny. The best we can manage is about 50 minutes of decent footy a game.

Grant looks like one of the better hookers in the comp. I can't see Liddle replacing him.
Depends on how we’re travelling, if we win a few games and look like we’re in with a shot at the eight Liddle has no chance of replacing Grant. If the seasons shot early Liddle will Probly get some game time as a basis for next season

I rate Brooks. His defense is great and he can add a lot to our attack. I don't think he is a dominant half or better put he isn't Andrew Johns or close to it. I also think he is one of the better halves in the comp. I'd be nervous playing him at 9. It's a different position and he might not take to it.

The problem to me is that Brooks can't carry the rest of the spine or the team. I think the expectations are that he can do that when he can't. I don't see any halves in the comp with that ability at the moment though. Munster might be have that ability but I don't think he displays that consistently. I look at though Clearly and Moses who appear to be highly rated and I think Brooks is better than both of them.

Doueihi to me looks really good but he isn't anywhere near the Turd or Turbo or RTS or Latrell if Latrell comes good. I doubt he gets to that level as well but that is okay if we can have a quality spine around him. Grant is a lock in but he goes and so we have to do something at hooker but it'd be awesome if he stays.

We need a 6 and a left winger.
Cleary is the complete footballer.Brooks isnt a patch on him or even moses for that matter. If Brooks had the skillset of Cleary we’d go from being an also-ran to a consistent top 8 team overnite.

AD played his junior career at 5/8 & he is the readymade 5/8 we r crying out for.Hes doing a great job at fullback a demanding & specialised position that he is relatively new to.As I’ve commented on before as testament to how thin our talent pool is in the backs a kid like AD who is in the early part of his career is our best option in the key positions of 1 6 & 7.

I still reckon Brooks is a better 7 than AD. AD though is really good despite being as you state being an undeveloped footy player. I can see him being a better version of Jack Wighton at 6. He could really be a really good 1 as well.

Clearly is a complete footy player. He doesn't have the running game of Brooks but he is solid all over the park. If he was a more creative player or a better runner of the footy he'd be Andrew Johns.
