Tonight proved to me beyond doubt a large portion of our problems is a lack of leadership. We played no worse really than any other week (par the Penrith game) but when the game got a little tough, there wasn't anyone to step to keep the side focused. That's what Buhrer brings to this side and it's something we missed tonight. When we were in the same position we were in last week, the same we were in the week before, we just lack energy, we lacked drive and determination.
And if Buhrer isn't there and won't be there for the next two months, then it should fall to our actual captain but hey, he can't even function as an "okay" halfback.
