Interesting to note that our worst underperforming players are the home grown ones. Saifitis, Fitzgibbon, Crossland, Best, Hoy, Randall, Jones and others are either wildly inconsistent in the best case or developmentally stagnant or just have low ceilings talent and skill wise in the worst (and most common) case.

Our shining lights are predominantly imports and that shouldn't be the case.
