This still Ponga having a dig? Dreadful positional play without the ball and zero commitment.
Had his phone out ordering his strawberry milkshake on uber eats. Kidding yourself if you don't think he's had a dig tonight though. Can't do much more without any support cast.

Interesting to note that our worst underperforming players are the home grown ones. Saifitis, Fitzgibbon, Crossland, Best, Hoy, Randall, Jones and others are either wildly inconsistent in the best case or developmentally stagnant or just have low ceilings talent or skill wise in the worst (and most common) case.

Our shining lights are predominantly imports and that shouldn't be the case.
Best is getting zero quality ball. Very hard for him to perform given he's used solely as an early set battering ram

The Knights Nannas will be happy, if there's any of them left these days.

In attack, yeah, he's put himself about. Absolutely agree.
He is an abomination in defence though. He either doesn't understand how to play the position or he doesn't care. Either scenario is not good for your captain and highest earner.

What are other examples tonight in defence where he hasn't done his job? He's put his body on the line and cleaned up the ones he should outside of the last one. His contact has been so much better in D lately.
