Why the hell did penrith go and do that??

Is gower more likely to stay now they have elliot coaching or will he go stuff this sinking ship iam outta here??

Why not nab brian smith even though he hasnt won much in his ten years at parra he was able to bring throughn a hell of a lot of GOOD juniors which penrith are really lacking....

maybe they could sign Smith as a head coach and elliot as his side kick??

I think maybe lang will retire after season 06"
What the hell is going on??:?

In my opinion...

Croker - 2006 may be his swansong
Graham - Worthy for discussions.
Smith - Same as Croker.
Woolford - not whilst Priddis is here (where would he go?)

Holy smokes! What a shocker!

Hagan and Elliott much surely be short-priced favourites to cop the sack before the end of the season.....perhaps around June 30-ish.......

Jason Croker - he'll probably retire next year, but if not, he won't play for any other club but the raiders
Phil Graham - is currently in negoiations with canberra
Jason Smith - is retiring
Simon Woolford - woolford is the reason priddis left canberra. besides, he owns a couple of coffee shops here, and will either go to england or retire.

none because they were boring due to our future coach

If they dont have Fox they might see one a year, that'd be enough.

agreed
if i were penrith fans id be all over Chalk, graham and Ale
the panthers backline is utter sh*te, they would all be walk up starts for Penrith

Tootsy, Germ and Horse wont leave canberra, that you can put your house on, all bleed green and want to/have captained the club. Smith will retire. that leaves:

Terry Campese - 50/50, is not a 5/8th but might do well at lock, IMO will stay at canberra
Bronx Goodwin - can go so long as we hang on to chalk, never really THAT impressed with Goodwin
Michael Hodgson - Good player, hoping will stay with canberra but could be forced out
David Howell - Another who would go well at penrith given their lack of backline options... happy to see him go from canberra
Ben Jones - hoping he will re-sign, pretty decent back row prospect
Terry Martin - pending this years form, meh
Adrian Purtell - RE-SIGN HIM NOW CANBERRA! Impressive off season so far from all reports and ive got a good wrap on him from flegg and PL watching, another backline talent penrith could use.
Alan Rothery - Would like him to stay but you cant keep them all so wouldnt be too upset if he went elsewhere
Nathan Smith - meh

I just don't rate Chalk. Good FUllback but we don't need fullbacks, need centres.
..I rate Purtell but I don't think he's ready just yet.
