So rumours are that Dufty is on his way and as yet no club has put up their hand to sign him.

Saints will have a tilt for Hines and probably get him. He will be a good addition to our squad mainly because he can play a number of positions.

"We have Ramsey, Sloan, Schiller and Stewart waiting to get their chance in first grade. I'm just waiting to see how well the above players go this year in reserve grade or on and after their debut in 2021. Next year is crunch year for Griffin and so I'm fairly sure he has a few changes in mind.

I think that a really good prop and B Smith should be our priority signings for 2022. If we can land Hines than all the better if not, then our young guns are set to do the job.

I'd say the follow players are on their way out the door to make way at eason's end:
Pereira
Williame
Norman
Ellis

Maybe some others that I've missed.

I am ok with Dufty going. Obviously there are issues we are not aware of past the fact he goes missing, makes terrible decisions at times covering the ball, and defensively he can be absent. Yes he is electric when he wants to be, but he is not living up to that week in week out. That’s what we need in a fullback.

let’s see what we can get and go from there. Maybe he will mature somewhere else but I really think he is only capable of flashes of brilliance, not sustainable brilliance.

It's all good with me so long as we are going to bring in someone better.

We've lost an amazing hooker, our key five-eight and our best second rower all in the space of a couple years and all I ever hear is "the young juniors will fill the void", nup I can't simply buy that. Continue to develop and play our youth but freakin' spend the millions freed up to buy two elite players like B Smith and Hynes and let's get some positive energy in the place.

If we lose Dufty just like we let McInnes go we better have a good reason behind it, not just some hope someone will blossom in a system that pales in contrast to some others. All we've had for the past decade is hope and look where that has got us.

agreed, I think he must be looking at Hynes. McInnes came out of the blue but if he was stirring up the rubbish in the background about mcidiot that has been talked about then he needed to go. Can’t have that going on in the background for a harmonic side. Frizell, as good as he has been, made the choice. The wrong choice, but I am glad they didn’t get into a bidding war for him. He is past his best imo.

How is that premiership going Tyson? Btw

McInnes wanted to play lock.... was never going to be re-signed.....no loss...Mulhiesen will be ready in a few years time.

Agree, that’s where my head is at with him. All of what you say, and that I’m just never confident with him. He’s had plenty of seasons now to nail down the number 1 jersey... and despite ending last season with some great games and consistency... he’s not carried on with it this season...

I was put off by his public “toxic” comments earlier this year. It smacked of a person targetting others rather than taking ownership of his own performance.

I think everyone would benefit from him moving on. The club, and himself.

Tend to agree.
The toxic comment definitely smacked of blaming the club for not offering him a contract ASAP.

It has to be his willingness to whinge to the press about not being signed up already.
That and he probably has an inflated opinion of his worth that the Dragons don't agree with.
And, I am guessing he may not be the best at following game plans and coaches instructions.

Hope the Dragons surprise us with a great signing for FB.
Not sure Nicko is going to be as good outside of the Storm setup.
