Not sure why people are saying Hynes will go back to Queensland as he’s from the central coast & played juniors with manly. Hopefully he’s looking at moving closer to home. He’s also a keen surfer so living in the gong shouldn’t be an issue with him.
Good thing with him is that if 1 doesn’t work out we have an outstanding 5/8 option.

My take on Hynes is that I expect Cronulla to throw half their cap at him, my club are chasing him too but as I said, I fully expect Cronulla to throw everything they can at him

The whole reason they shafted Morris was for a coach who can recruit a big name, if they miss out on Hynes after missing out on Reynolds, I don't know where that will leave them

Are you saying that Cronulla are planning to play Hynes at half-back?

If that's the case, and you may be right, then Hynes will have to choose between Griffin and Fitzgibbon.

Now, Fitzy may well be the next Robinson, but he isn't established.

Jezzus H Chrust ! Don’t go throwing the sausages out in the bin until you have actually bought that juicy T-bone steak to replace it .

They have given the Duff his marching orders so as to - wait for it “ enter the race for Nico Hynes “ . They have not signed him as off yet , but are going to enter the race along with gawd knows how many other clubs .

The Dragons must be supremely confident of coming first in this race , why else would they release our only potent attacking weapon . I hope for their sakes that their expectations of landing his signature are fulfilled otherwise we will be in all sorts of trouble next season .

Dragons doing what they do best. Going out to sign Nico Hynes and coming back with Marcia Hines
