He's a solid consistent first grader without being outstanding. Nothing flashy... but does his job and is tackles his arse off. He's more of a Corey Hughes/ Cam Smith than a Farah/ Luke. Nothing wrong with that. A lot of people do bag him on here but I like his attitude and effort and he'll get better with age. He hasn't played 45 first grade games in a row since his debut for no reason.

He's ok - not brillant, however he does lack the run out of dummy half, and his distribution can be very slow sometimes.

hes a good player. not everyone on the team can have skills like hayne. the salary cap is evident of that. he does the job.

You are right,he is in his 2nd year of first grade in a tough position.
Parra fans here like to bag anyone out who isnt up to sterlo or kenny standard.Yet the strange thing is they love to praise guys like robson n lowrie for a few good games. Its amazing there arent huge robson n lowrie flags happening yet.

Dont worry, Raudonikis; when Robson scores the winning try off a Todd Lowrie pass to win us the preliminary final, there'll be plenty of flags!:lol:

I would like to think DA would be too smart to go into a prelim final without Mateo over lowrie as a lock and KK over robson as a half?

Keating is a good solid player, very good defensively. AHis main problem has been he takes the wrong option at times. But he is only young, i just think he is keeping the spot warm for Mitchell anyway.

good young player with plenty of room for improvement, I'm still hopeful he will realise his full potential..

Yeah he is yet to reach his potiential. He could be as good as Cameron Smith but at the moment he seems to lack focus, especially later in the halves. Seems to lack mental fitness.

He's kicked a 40-20 when we really needed it and he has actually darted from dummy half a few times, just not regularly.

Good player imo.

do you think so Tezz? I think his mental toughness is one of his strong points tbh, I do think he lacks a little creativity around the ruck and can probably improve his running game.

Yeah I do. I dont know what to put his bad passes and less then enthralling dummy half running down to. Even now with Mortimer and Robson as the halves, he should be the senior playmaker (even though Robson is older I know, but you knowwhat I mean) but he still seems to not be able to control a game. But DA after all might not want that.

I rate this kid highly, his been in the top grade for two seasons and will only get better. Give him a couple of years and he will start pushing for a sky blue jumper. \\\\:D/

His darts from dummy half seem to be very ineffective - compared to Kinga and most other hookers.

But I thought he had one of his better games on Saturday. He is okay.
