DUI is called UIL up here - Under the influence of liquor. UIL is the major charge, .15% and above. BAC, blood alcohol concentration, is the minor charge, < .15%

Somebody earlier posted that his mate got 9 months for DUI/UIL. That'd be pretty hard to do up here, you'd have to have a fair bit of previous to get jail time. I'm guessing it's the same in the courts down there.
