I can't believe it mate.

I came home from work this afternoon, and showered first, then went and picked the kids up from after school care, bought them home, took one of them off to soccer training, even though I have a cold, then came home again, showered them, ordered some Chinese Take-Away, sorted their dinner, re-stoked the fire, fed the dog, helped the kids thru their homework, gave them a treat for eating their dinner, poured myself a glass of wine and watched the news, ate my own dinner, put the kids to bed, saw Malcolm Turnball make a goose of himself on the 7.30 Report, re-visited the kids and finally wound down with another glass of wine and checked out this site. I then read your post.
I can't believe I missed the Origin tonight. :sarcasm:

Suity

You lucky bastard.

Forget about the result - it was a bad game all round. Dropped ball everywhere, missed tackles, inept kicking and poor options at the end of sets.

End of the Game.
Dad: What a crap game and that 5/8 did nothing? Who was he? What's his name?
Me: Barrett.
Dad: Who?
Me: Trent Barrett
Dad: Trent Barrett? He played? He's useless what did he play for? *has rant about who should've been 5/8*

I laughed, walked away and went back to my cricket :)

Dad makes Origin funny :D

Talk about sour grape by some of us NSW people. QLD played better, simple and unless we can find a half-5/8th combination that works, they will win it again next year. Simple too.

It was hardly structure that beat NSW. It was that QLD were there to clean up the scraps in a messy affair. Or at least to clean up more scraps than Hayne could - one of the only NSW blokes worth feeding.

I knew you were joking strider :D

Listen if NSW didn't drop the ball so much and their defence not be so soft in the first 10 minutes BANG I believe NSW would've won

Not that I care I support QLD! I'm one of those born in NSW and support QLD!! = )

Get a clue.

You think the game wasn't sloppy? The defence wasn't poor? Farrah & Poore almost had to stand aside to let a try in.

No I didn't say that, but those things can be fixed, having quality halves though is a different matter. Like I said...get a clue.
