We need more red meat actually.

Red meat has certain vitamins that helped us evolve from monkeys.

The average idiot eats processed cereal, chocolate bars, chocolate cake, sugar soft drink, too much alchol, etc. Excess eating of red meat is 3 times better than eating that crap.

The world's soils have been raped and sometimes animal products provide the best fat soluble vitamins and protein absorption.

Red meat is great and full of vitamins.

Many people need to eat more eggs , fish , butter, beef liver and meat for the great fat soluble vitamins found in them.

That advice would have stopped my father developing ricketts - but you are 80 years too late - he grew up in the 1930s depression in England.

I suppose some people live on white bread and sugar treats, and they could possibly have vitamin deficiencies - but no one who eats sensibly needs to tuck into some fat for extra vitamins.
Fat soluable vitamins are stored in the body for months, and some are even produced in the body, so there is no need to tuck into saturated fats every day, although you do need some in your diet, as well as a reasonable amount of 'complete' proteins (usually animal derived like eggs, dairy or meat).
People lead very healthy lives as vegetarians or even Vegans with a little planning.
We need meat, but heaps less than we currently eat, and certainly not meat with a high fat content, because all fat on meat is saturated fat, or the type that increases your chance of developing heart disease.

Meat is expensive. People chose cheap cuts. We need more fat and fiber in our diets.

The good protein and vitamins of red meat outweigh any small negatives of a bit of saturated fat.

There's heaps of athletes out there like Michael Phelps that eat 30-40 eggs a day and the sat. fat doesnt kill them.

Red meat (especially beef) is also pretty much the most acidic food you can eat. Eating too much acidic food will lead to disease.

If you want protein eat chicken and fish, if you want vitamins, eat your vegetables. Or just eat like a caveman.

Saturated fat doesn't kill you in a year - it kills you in 20 or 30 years.
It is the type of fat that clings to the walls of your arteries and slowly causes them to block up, till you have a heart attack (caused by the heart muscles dieing due to arteries becoming blocked) when you are 60, or even 50.
An athlete in their 20s can eat all sorts of things with no obvious ill effects, but they will pay for it later on.
