Now we'll see where we are at. How good scoring 530 is only becomes apparent after their first innings.

The tragedy here is Indian bowlers have wickets they don't deserve.

The Indian who has deserved his wickets is Ashwin.

He bowled really well and kept it tight from his end.

But their fast bowlers have been dreadful they don't back up the good work that Ashwin did.

Smith must feel like he's living a dream at the moment.

I reckon India will be 3 down at stumps.

Watching India field is hilarious.

They must have butter on their hands:lol::lol:

Kohli even did crap in the field and he's meant to be their no. 1 fielder.

Mark Taylor makes an excellent point. Look at our scorecord. All caught behind, stumped, caught slip, lbw, bowled. So work out their payoffs from full deliveries compared to short deliveries. Bowling short as your stock ball is so f**king wasteful. They should know that by their 3rd test here.

Teams tend to do that in Australia. Get carried away with the extra bounce. The ideal length is back of a length really trying to get the batsmen driving on the up.

Like a short ball is fine in isolation but the Australian tail has been batting on these wickets all their lives so its not so easy to bounce us out.

Davey badly bruised forearm, affecting his fielding apparently.

What a truly magnificent innings from Smithy. A great in the making.

I can't work out if Steve Smith is on his way to becoming a great batsmen or if he is just in a purple patch of form right now,i can't help but think back to what a absolute spud he used to be,time will tell.

Considering how much this Indian team complains i would like to hear their reasons for their sh*t fielding. At least they can not blame the DRS.....lol:roll:
