Mellars released from Warriors and joins Sharks

if you all cast your minds back to June 7th 2003 Ericsson Stadium you may remember a hulking big kid make his debut for the Warriors vs us

he cut us to bits that day, got himself a meatie and about 3 line breaks (as per memory only)

that was Mr Vince Mellars

Well this looks like we'll get a chance to see Vagana & Mellars as our new centre combination this year and look forward to a great playing relationship for 2005.
No Reefy I haven't seen Mellars play yet but if the wraps are right we will look to a winning backline next year, a big improvement on what we have now.

Would be interesting to see him at 5/8. He's good in defence and just needs to lift his attack. Who knows what will happen in the centres with all these players now.
